Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, ensuring that your package is handled with care and delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase unless you qualify for free shipping.
At My Pawfect Style, we offer free standard delivery Australian wide for eligible orders over $100. Please ensure to select Free Shipping once you qualify.
Shipping times can vary depending on several factors, such as the destination, shipping method chosen, and the efficiency of the shipping carrier. Generally, standard shipping within Australia can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your online account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its whereabouts.
In most cases, you can change the shipping address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible to request the change. Once the package is in transit, it may not be possible to modify the shipping address.
No problem, you just need to make sure you include the recipient’s name and address in your delivery address details to avoid confusion.
Just be sure to change your address back after you have received your dispatch email to ensure all future orders are delivered correctly.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Payment
You can pay securely at My Pawfect Style using either Paypal or a credit card.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
If you encounter any payment issues while shopping, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you and resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
Store Credit can be used to pay for your purchase at checkout. You may be granted store credit due to issue with your order or as a refund or token of appreciation.
If you have been granted store credit on your My Pawfect Style account, this can be viewed under your user account and Store Credits.
If you have been granted Store Credit on your My Pawfect Style account, this can be used at checkout as payment method.
You should be able to see “APPLY STORE CREDIT DISCOUNTS?”, you can specify the amount you want to use.
Note that you can only put the full amount or less. Store credit applied to your order will not be counted in the total for Free Shipping.
Example: Your subtotal amount is $100, you are eligible for Free Shipping. However when you applied a Store Credit of $50 at Checkout. You are no longer eligible for Free shipping as your qualified remaining total is now $50.
Please ensure that the coupon is still valid. If you encounter an issue applying a valid coupon code, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

eGift Cards
eGift Cards are electronic gift cards or digital gift cards. Rather than receiving a physical card, the recipient instead receives a digital card via email which contains a unique code that can be redeemed on My Pawfect Style Website.
My Pawfect Style eGift Cards can be purchased online and are available in various denominations, allowing you to choose the perfect amount to suit your budget.
To send someone a My Pawfect Style eGift Card, simply select the desired amount and fill in the required details such as the recipient’s email address, your name as the sender, and complete the payment. You can also personalise the eGift Card with a special message or wishes.
Please make sure you enter the correct email address and double check all the entered details are correct before proceeding to checkout.
The recipient will receive an email with the eGift card details, including the amount, sender’s name, and any personalized message. The eGift card includes a unique Gift Card Number that can be redeemed online on My Pawfect Style website.
My Pawfect Style eGift Card can be redeem online for purchase of any products as form of payment. Simply enter the unique Gift Card Number received with email in your shopping cart or at checkout under “Have a gift card?” field and click on “APPLY GIFT CARD”. Your gift card will automatically be applied to your order as payment.
Please ensure that you correctly entered a valid Gift Card Number. If you encounter an issue redeeming a valid eGift Card, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
My Pawfect Style eGift cards can be used multiple times until the balance is fully depleted. The recipient can use the eGift card for multiple purchases until the remaining balance is zero.
If you are unsure and want to know the amount on your eGift Card, please contact us and we can check that for you.
It is important to treat an eGift card like cash. If it is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
eGift cards are generally non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned for a refund. It is important to carefully review the details before purchasing an eGift card.

Returns
Our return policy allows you to return any item purchased within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If you’d like to return or exchange a product from your order, please contact us. We will advise you of your options for return, and assist you in organising an exchange where needed. For more information, check out our Return and Exchange Policy page.
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process the return and issue a refund. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
